Exchange Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it for a new one.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Have been damaged during shipping
  • Be reported to us within 3 days of delivery
  • Be in its original packaging

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@cncpro.co.za or / 081 899 72 86 with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the damage. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

Note

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges for damaged items. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
